During winter season, it is quite difficult to lose the belly fat. Here are the steps to lose the belly fat but please be sure to sweat. If you own a heater then please turn the heater on. Cardio exercise such as running is really effective and a great way to start the day.
Here are the steps to lose belly fat during winter season:
Step 1: Run for 10 minutes up and down the stairs. Please turn the music on and sweat!
Step 2: For 15 minutes, please do Hot Yoga at home while watching Yoga workout videos
as it is available on YouTube.
Step 3: Next 10 minutes, please do circuit training at home. Some of the top effective
circuit training exercises are:
Jump Rope
Jumping Jacks
Walking Lunges
Squats
Squat Jump
Jump Lunges
Please Note: Make sure to sweat.
Step 4: Final 10 minutes, please do cool down exercises such as:
Walking
Stretch legs
Upper Body Stretch
Child's Pose
Downward Dog
Cat Stretch

It is highly recommended to workout for minimum of 45 minutes for 6 days. This should get you
to start in the habit of working out for minimum of 6 days. On the seventh day, please walk for
of minimum of 45 minutes to an hour while listening to music. Make sure to take a healthy diet and
you will lose belly fat rapidly.
